قمت بتنصيب البرنامج على الكمبيوتر وحذفته ببرنامج IObit Uninstaller لكن ملفاته ظلت عالقة بالجهازولم أستطيع حذفها وجربت عدة برامج لحذف الملفات المستعصية مثل Wise Force Deleter وUnlocker ولكن دون جدوى فهل من حل عند الأخوة الكرام أم يجب الفرمتة وشكراً
